婚姻状况对女性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

摘要
目的了解厦门市女性精神分裂症患者的婚姻状况及婚姻状况对其社会功能的影响。方法以截至2013年1月1日上报至国家重性精神疾病基本数据收集分析系统的数据为基础,采用分层整群随机抽样,运用一般情况调查表、婚姻状况调查表、社会功能缺陷量表等工具对患者进行调查。结果女性精神分裂症患者初婚年龄较晚,离婚率较高,有婚史者在职业与工作、社会性退缩、家庭外的社会功能、家庭内活动过少、家庭职能、个人生活自理、对外界的兴趣与关心、责任心和计划性维度得分低于无婚史者,社会功能优于无婚史者(P<0.01),有婚史者发病年龄较晚。结论女性精神分裂症患者的婚姻较不稳定,有婚史的女性精神分裂症患者的社会功能较好。
Objective To understand the marital status of female schizophrenic patients in the city of Xiamen and compare social function of different marriage status.Methods Based on the data of the National Basic Mental Health Data Collection and Analysis System,which was reported on January 1,2013,the survey sample was stratified by cluster random sampling and the instruments,including General Status Questionnaire,Marital Status Questionnaire and Social Disability Screening Scale.Results Female schizophrenic patients were older when they were married.The probability of divorce was higher.Women who had married history had scores lower than those who did not have a history of marriage in the social function scales with the dimension of career and work,social function retreating,activity outside the family,little activity within the family,personal care,external interests and concern,responsibility and planning,indicating that their social function was higher than those without marriage(P<0.01).Married female patients were getting sick later than single female ones.Conclusion Female schizophrenic patients in the marriage are more unstable.Married patients have better social function.
