手术室护理干预应用于微创经皮肾穿刺取石术患者的积极作用分析

摘要
目的分析手术室护理干预应用于微创经皮肾穿刺取石术患者的积极作用。方法选取我院微创经皮肾穿刺取石术患者92例(2016年6月至2018年1月),随机分为手术室护理的观察组(46例)与常规护理的对照组(46例),观察患者手术情况及并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组手术时间及出血量少,住院时间短,并发症发生率低,P<0.05。结论给予微创经皮肾穿刺取石术患者手术室护理干预,能有效减少手术时间及出血量,患者术后并发症发生少,有利于身体恢复,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the positive effect of operating room nursing intervention in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods 92 patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital(from June 2016 to January 2018) were randomly divided into the observation group of operating room nursing(46 cases) and the control group of conventional nursing(46 cases) to observe the operation situation and complication rate of the patients. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had less operation time and blood loss, shorter hospitalization time, and lower incidence of complications, P<0.05. Conclusion Operating room nursing intervention for patients undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy can effectively reduce the operation time and blood loss, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients, and is conducive to the recovery of the body, which is worthy of reference.
