渥太华大学工程类技能型人才培养及启示

摘要
渥太华大学对学生实践能力、创新能力的培养独树一帜。从人才培养标准、课程设计、教学方式方法、教学管理和评价制度等方面对渥太华大学工程类技能型人才培养进行研究,借鉴渥太华大学职业教育的先进做法,从优化课程体系、创新教学方式等方面对所在学校铁道供电专业人才培养提出了启示。
The University of Ottawa is unique in the development of students' practical and innovative abilities. The research on cultivation of talents with engineering skills in Ottawa University has been carried out in this paper from the aspects of talent training standards, curriculum design, teaching methods, teaching management and evaluation system. This paper draws on the advanced practice of vocational education in University of Ottawa, and proposes enlightenment on the cultivation of talents majoring Railway Power Supply from the aspects of optimizing the curriculum system and innovative teaching methods.
