基于属性偏序原理分析乌梅类方配伍规律

摘要
目的分析乌梅类方配伍规律及其特色。方法以"中国方剂数据库"为数据源,共筛选含有乌梅的方剂186个,生成形式背景,运用属性偏序原理划分不同类型的方剂,得出乌梅类方的基础方剂以及加减方法,分析乌梅类方的用药规律。结果乌梅类方主病以肺系和消化系疾病多见,配伍药物以入肺、脾、肝经为主。方剂组合分为14组,包含了润肺、敛肺、清肺、宣肺、温肺、止咳、健脾、益气、温中、清热、行气、杀虫、消积、活血化瘀等组合。结论乌梅类方功效广泛,温、清、补、消俱有优势。
Objective To analyze synergy pattern and characteristic about ebony categorized formula. Methods First,we deal with the decision formal context of 186 prescriptions about ebony from Chinese prescription database based on principle of the optimization. Then,we generate a new partial-order attribute diagram in order to present the specific character. Finally,we explain the synergy pattern of ebony categorized formula based on partial-order attribute diagram. Results The advantage of ebony categorized formula is curing lung and digestive diseases,and the meridian tropism is mainly composed of the lung,spleen and liver meridian. Prescriptions are divided into 14 clusters,including moistening lung,regulating lung,clearing lung,relieving lung,warming lung,relieving cough,invigorating spleen,supplementing Qi,Wen Zhong,clearing away heat,promoting Qi,killing insects,eliminating indigestion,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Conclusion Ebony categorized formula are expert in warming,clearing,supplementing and eliminating.
