摘要
目的:建立棘豆止咳散中甘草苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用XTerra MSC18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5.0μm)色谱柱,乙腈(A)-0.05%磷酸水(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长237 nm,柱温40℃。结果:HPLC法测定甘草苷线性关系良好(r~2=0.9993),精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD值均小于3.0%,加样回收率为90.19%~97.87%。结论:所建立的方法简便,可靠,重复性好,可用于棘豆止咳散的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of Liquiritin in Jidouzhike powder. Methods X Terra? MSC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0 μm)was used as chromatographic column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.05% phosphate water(B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 237 nm, and column temperature was 40℃. Results Liquiritin showed a good linearity in the range of the test concentrations(r~2=0.9993), the RSD values of precision, stability and repeatability were less than 3.0%, and the recovery rate was 90.19% to 97.87%. Conclusion The method established in the experiment is highly sensitive, stable and reliable, and can be used for quality control of Jidouzhike powder.
