多盘转子系统的振动失效灵敏度分析

摘要
根据转子系统的固有频率与激振频率差的绝对值不超过规定值的失效准则,定义多盘转子系统的振动极限状态方程,计算在多失效模式下多盘转子系统的共振失效概率。采用Monte Carlo法随机抽样,得到转子系统的各阶固有频率的均值与标准差,计算出在各激振频率下各随机参数统计特性对系统固有频率的失效灵敏度,研究了随机参数的统计特性对多盘转子系统共振发生概率的影响规律。
        For the three-disk rotor system with support stiffness and damping,the finite element method was used to establish the response equation of the rotor system,and the natural frequencies of the rotor system were obtained.According to the failure criterion that the absolute value of the rotor system 's natural frequency and the excitation frequency difference does not exceed the specified value,the vibration limit state equation of the multi-disk rotor system was defined,and the resonance failure probability of the multi-disc rotor system in the multiple failure mode was calculated.The Monte Carlo method was used to randomly sample the mean and standard deviation of the natural frequencies of the rotor system,and the failure sensitivity of the statistical properties of each random parameter to the natural frequency of the system was calculated.The statistics of random parameters were studied.The influence of characteristics on the probability of resonance of multi-disc rotor system were studied.
