摘要
目的探究不同教学方法在超声医学示教过程中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法,将我院2017年6月—2018年6月授课的60名超声实习生分成观察组与对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用以问题为中心的教学(problem-based learning,PBL),对照组采用传统教学。探讨实施不同教学对教学质量的影响。结果观察组实习生教学满意度(96.67%)与对照组相比(83.33%)显著较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在考核成绩分数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组对教学方法评估较好者显著多于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将PBL教学应用于超声医学示教过程中时,能显著提升教学满意度,提升教学效果,学生成绩更为理想。
        Objective To explore the application effect of different teaching modes in the ultrasonic medical demonstrations. Methods Using the random number table method, 60 ultrasound interns in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into observation group and control group, 30 interns in each group. Problem-based learning(PBL) was used in the observation group. The control group was given traditional teaching.To explore the effect of different teaching methods on teaching quality.Results The teaching satisfaction of interns in the observation group(96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%)with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The observation group had better evaluation of teaching methods than the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The PBL mode can remarkably increase the teaching satisfaction and effect, and improve the student's examination scores.
