核医学检查过程中突发病情变化原因分析与预防性干预措施

摘要
目的调查核医学检查过程中突发病情变化的原因与预防性干预措施。方法回顾性分析我院2017年9月至2018年9月CT检查室接受检查的11 267例患者资料,分析突发病情变化患者的原因。结果本次接受检查患者中23例突发病情变化,其中增强CT检查后有2例突发猝死、12例突发严重低血糖、3例24 h后发生急性肾功能衰竭,2例突发休克,4例注射对比剂后突发药物过敏。结论 CT检查过程中由于突发病情变化而引发危及生命安全的事件,因此,护理人员应采取相应的处理措施,避免严重突发事件的发生。
Objective To investigation the causes of sudden illness changes during nuclear medicine examination and its preventive interventions measures. Methods To conduct a retrospective analysis of 11,267 patients who were examined in the CT examination room from September 2017 to September2018 in our hospital,thus analyzing the causes of patients with sudden illness changes in the condition. Results Among the patients who underwent the examination,there were 23 patients who had sudden changes in the disease. There were 2 patients who had sudden death,12 patients who had severe hypoglycemia,3 patients who developed acute renal failure after 24 hours,2 patients who had sudden shock,and 4 patients who had sudden drug allergy after injection of contrast agent. Conclusion During the CT examination,there are life-threatening events which are caused by sudden changes in the condition of illness. Therefore,nursing staff should take corresponding measures to avoid serious emergencies.
