摘要

立式机床静压回转工作台在机床突然断电时容易造成导轨研伤,针对此问题设计了一种立式机床回转工作台紧急制动装置,在机床突然断电时能够快速实现工作台制动,对静压导轨起到保护作用。该装置具有适用范围广、成本低、占地面积小、易维护等优点。
        Vertical machine tool static pressure rotary table is easy to cause guide rail scuffing when the machine tool is suddenly powered off. In order to solve this problem, an emergency braking device for the vertical rotary table of the vertical machine tool is designed, which can quickly realize the workbench braking when the machine is suddenly powered off, and protect the static pressure guide. The device has the advantages of wide application range, low cost, small floor space and easy maintenance.
