摘要
本研究分析我国葡萄酒产业发展现状,运用重心分析和集中度的分析方法定量评价了产业的空间布局和时空变迁特征。结果表明,21世纪以来我国葡萄酒产业经历了高速发展期,目前已进入调整发展期;葡萄酒产量较高地区为山东、吉林、河北、河南、陕西、新疆等北方传统优势产区;我国葡萄酒生产重心稳定于山东、河北地区附近,近年来开始呈现向西北方向迁移的趋势;我国葡萄酒产业的市场集中度很高,CR_4均值高于80%,CR_8均值高于90%。
        This research analyzed the current situation of China's wine industry, conducted a quantitative evaluation to grasp the features of spatial and temporal distribution and variation using gravity analysis model and the method of industrial concentration analysis. The results showed that China's wine industry had experienced burgeoning development since the 21 st century and got into an adjustment period at the present stage. The output of wine in China was mainly produced by traditional wine production areas including Shandong, Jilin, Hebei, Henan, Shanxi and Xinjiang. The concentration of wine production was mainly Shandong and Hebei and saw a trend of moving towards northwest. Industrial concentration degree of China's wine industry was very high, the mean of CR_4 and CR_8 was above 80% and 90%, respectively.
