摘要
为了提高壳聚糖的反应性和水溶性,将壳聚糖与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵反应,合成2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HTCC),再将HTCC与N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺反应,合成带有纤维反应性基团的水溶性O-甲基丙烯酰胺壳聚糖季铵盐(NMA-HTCC)。在碱性条件下,NMA-HTCC可直接与棉纤维形成共价键。将NMA-HTCC应用于棉织物的后整理,结果表明,NMA-HTCC改性棉织物的抗皱性能和抗菌活性均显著提高,即使水洗50次,棉织物仍具有较好的抗皱性和抗菌活性。此外,NMA-HTCC改性棉织物的防缩性能明显提高,而白度和力学性能变化不明显。
In order to improve the reactivity and water solubility of chitosan, 2-hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride chitosan(HTCC) was synthesized by chitosan and 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride. Then, water-soluble O-methylacrylamide chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(NMA-HTCC) with fiber reactive group was synthesized by HTCC and N-hydroxymethylacrylamide. In alkaline condition, NMA-HTCC could directly form covalent bonds with cotton fibers. Then NMA-HTCC was used for textile finishing of cotton fabric. The results showed that the modified cotton fabric demonstrated excellent durable wrinkle-resistant property and antibacterial activity, even after 50 repeated launderings. Moreover, the shrinkage-resistant property of cotton fabric modified by NMA-HTCC was distinctly improved, while the whiteness and the mechanical property were not changed obviously.
