摘要

城乡一体化与农业现代化的发展是否相互协调,有必要在客观测度城乡一体化与农业现代化发展情况的基础上,评价二者的协调发展度。通过构建评价指标体系,利用层次分析法与群组决策特征根法确定权重,分别对长春市2000—2015年的城乡一体化与农业现代化发展水平进行测度,并利用年度序列数据进行动态比较分析。结果表明:长春市城乡一体化与农业现代化交替领先,但农业现代化发展趋势的稳定性要优于城乡一体化。验证了长春市城乡一体化与农业现代化的协调发展度,在起伏震荡中总体呈现上升趋势,并提出了促进长春市城乡一体化与农业现代化协调发展的对策建议。
        Whether the development of urban-rural integration and agricultural modernization is coordinated or not,it is necessary to evaluate the degree of coordinated development of urban-rural integration and agricultural modernization based on the objective measurement of their development.The development level of urban-rural integration and agricultural modernization from 2000 to 2015 in Changchun were respectively measured with the evaluation index system and its weight was determined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and group eigenvalue method(GEM)to evaluate whether they are coordinated.At the same time,the dynamic comparative analysis was made by using the annual sequence data.The research results show that the urban-rural integration and agricultural modernization are preceded alternately in Changchun,but the stability of the development trend of agricultural modernization is superior to the urban-rural integration.The development coordination of the urban-rural integration and agricultural modernization in Changchun is verified on the basis of correlation analysis.The coordinated development degrees show an overall upward trend in the ups and downs.Further suggestions are then proposed to promote coordinated development of urban-rural integration and agricultural modernization in Changchun.
