优质护理对成人哮喘患者临床治疗期间依从性和短期预后的影响

摘要
目的探讨优质护理对成人哮喘患者临床治疗期间依从性和短期预后的影响。方法纳入我院2015年1月～2017年5月380例哮喘患者临床资料,据双盲随机原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者行哮喘常规护理,观察组遵医嘱给予相应护理。观察患者依从性、短期预后。结果观察组依从性在遵医嘱按时用药、了解病情特点、掌握雾化吸入用药方面,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组干预后48h FEV1占预计值百分比、PEF占预计值百分比均高于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理能够提高成人哮喘患者临床治疗期间的依从性,改善短期预后。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on compliance during clinical treatment and short-term prognosis in adult patients with asthma. Methods Clinical data of 380 patients with asthma who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were collected.According to double-blind random principle,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given corresponding author according to the doctor's advice.The compliance and short-term prognosis of patients were observed. Results The compliance of patients in following the doctor's advice to take medicine on time,understanding the characteristics of the disease and mastering atomization inhalation medication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After intervention for 48 h,the percentage of FEV1 in the predicted value and the percentage of PEF in the predicted value were both higher than those before intervention and control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the compliance during clinical treatment for adult patients with asthma and improve the short-term prognosis.
