摘要
锅炉压力容器检验,是保障锅炉设备安全运行的重要检测手段,是降低生产事故率的重要方式之一。基于此,本文首先介绍了锅炉压力容器检验无损检测技术的技术要点,并分析无损检测技术应用的意义。其次,分析目前锅炉压力容器检验无损检测技术的主要种类。最后,结合实际的检测,分析检测过程中的要点。
Boiler and pressure vessel inspection is an important means of detecting the safe operation of boiler equipment and is one of the important ways to reduce the accident rate of production. Based on this, this paper first introduces the technical points of the non-destructive testing technology for boiler and pressure vessel inspection, and analyzes the significance of the application of non-destructive testing technology. Secondly, the main types of non-destructive testing technology for boiler and pressure vessel inspection are analyzed. Finally, combined with the actual detection, analyze the key points in the detection process.
