摘要
介绍了间歇式液相本体法生产聚丙烯工艺流程和特点,生产过程中会出现熔体质量流动速率不稳定和产品中细粉较多的问题,通过在生产中采用合理的氢气计量方法,加强设备维护,杜绝氢气泄漏跑损,平稳控制反应,杜绝反应中前期回收造成氢气损失;生产过程控制好Al/Ti比,保持聚合过程平稳,使得生产出产品熔体质量流动速率稳定性和产品中细粉等到明显改善。
        The process and characteristics of batch liquid phase method for polypropylene production were introduced. In the process of production,there were problems of unstable mass flow rate and more fine powder in the product. By using reasonable hydrogen measurements in production and strengthening equipment maintenance,hydrogen leakage and running damage were prevented,the reaction was smoothly controlled,and hydrogen loss caused by recovery in the early stage of the reaction was eliminated. By controlling the Al-Ti ratio and keeping the polymerization process stable,the stability of melt mass flow rate and fine powder in the product were obviously improved.
