摘要
分别以石英砂和煤矸石为磨料,对中锰钢、Mn13钢和HD400钢等三种耐磨钢进行了不同硬度磨料的磨料磨损实验,并对磨损后试样的表面形貌进行观察。研究了不同耐磨钢的磨损机理与耐磨性能。结果表明:当磨料为石英砂等硬度较高的颗粒时,三种耐磨钢中HD400钢耐磨性最差,中锰钢耐磨性最好。当磨料为煤矸石等硬度较低的颗粒时,三种耐磨钢中Mn13钢耐磨性最差,HD400钢耐磨性最好。当磨料为石英砂时,三种耐磨钢表面的磨损机理均为磨料磨损,中锰钢和Mn13钢的表面破坏机理为微凿削和挤压变形,HD400表面破坏机理为微凿削。当磨料为煤矸石时,三种耐磨钢表面磨损机理为磨粒磨损,表面破坏机理为犁沟。
        The abrasive wear test of different hardness abrasives were carried out taking quartz sand and coal gangue as abrasive respectively, and the surface morphology of the specimens after wear was observed. The wear mechanism and wear resistance of different wear-resisting steels were studied. The results show that when the abrasive is quartz sand and other high hardness particles, the HD400 wear resistance is the worst in three kinds of wear-resistant steels, and the wear resistance of the medium manganese steel is best. When the abrasive is gangue of low hardness, Mn13 has the worst wear resistance and HD400 has the best wear resistance in the three kinds of wear-resistant steels. The wear mechanism of the three wear-resistant steel surface is abrasive wear when the abrasive is quartz sand. The surface damage mechanism of medium manganese steel and Mn13 steel is micro-chipping and extrusion deformation, and the surface damage mechanism of HD400 is micro-chipping.The surface wear mechanism of the three wear-resistant steels is abrasive wear and the surface damage mechanism is furrow when the abrasive is coal gangue.
