摘要
以枳椇果梗为材料,研究了阳离子交换树脂纯化氨基酸、活性炭脱色的条件;以高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析其游离氨基酸的组成。结果表明:枳椇果梗中除含常见的蛋白质氨基酸外,还含有γ-氨基丁酸和一种未知氨基酸类化合物;阳离子交换树脂纯化条件为:氨基酸粗提液pH=3.5,流速1.2 mL/min,洗脱液氨水为0.1 M;活性炭脱色优化条件为:pH=4.5,用量1 g/50 mL,温度20℃,脱色时间1 h。
The conditions of purification of amino acids and decolorization of activated carbon by cation exchange resin were studied with Hovenia dulcis THunb as material. The composition of Free amino acid was analyzed by HPLC. The results showed that: In addition to the common protein and amino acids, the Hovenia dulcis THunb contains gamma-aminobutyric acid and an unknown amino acid compound; The optimum purification conditions of cation-exchangeresin were: pH=3.5 of crude amino acid extract, flow rate 1.2 ml/min, ammonia water 0.1 M; The optimum decolorization conditions of activated carbon were pH=4.5, dosage of 1 g/50 mL, temperature 20℃, and Decolorization time 1 h.
