摘要
长期运行的电能质量监测装置会由于元器件老化而造成可靠性下降,从而影响数据质量甚至电网安全。为此,从数据质量分析角度出发,提出一种电能质量监测装置可靠性评估的方法,将数据质量分解为若干个子指标,并采用层次分析法建立评估指标体系,实现电能质量监测装置的远程可靠性评估,及时发现装置可靠性下降的隐患,提高电网公司对电能质量监测装置的管理水平。该方法已用于某电网公司电能质量监测系统中,实践证明该方法是可行有效的。
        Reduction of reliability caused by aging of components and parts of the long-running power quality monitoring equipment may affect data quality and even security of the power grid.Therefore,this paper presents a kind of reliability evaluation method for power quality monitoring equipment from the perspective of data quality analysis which decomposes data quality into several sub-indexes and uses analytic hierarchy process to establish an evaluation index system so as to realize remote reliability evaluation for the power quality monitoring equipment,discover hidden dangers in reliability reduction and improve management level of power grid companies.This method has been used in the power quality monitoring system of one power grid company and practice proves feasibility and validity of the method.
