摘要
为全面了解广西电网电能质量状况,提高电能质量在线监测水平,针对目前广西电网不同厂家、不同型号、不同通信规约的电能质量监测装置接入系统时存在的技术问题,建设了一套基于统一通信平台的电能质量在线监测系统。该系统采用分布式结构,通过统一通信平台实现多数据源快速接入,可提供海量电能质量监测数据用于分析,使管理人员迅速准确地了解各负荷及设备运行工况,完整掌握电网电能质量状况,为电能质量综合治理提供科学依据和决策支撑。
In order to fully understand the power quality situation in Guangxi power grid, and improve the online monitoring level of power quality, a set of power quality online monitoring system based on unified communication platform is established aiming at technical problems currently existed in the connection of power quality monitoring equipment of different manufactures, different types and different communication protocols in Guangxi power grid. Distributed structure is adopted in the system, and massive power quality monitoring data can be provided for analysis by the unified communication platform which realizes the quick connection of multiple data source, which can help management personnel understand quickly and accurately the operation conditions of each load and equipment and completely grasp the power quality state of power grid and can provide scientific basis and decision support for comprehensive control of power quality.
