摘要
当前中职会计专业的毕业生就业普遍呈现专业对口率下降,就业率低的问题,学校从学生特点出发,分析了会计专业传统实训模式的利弊,深化校企合作,将企业引入校园,成立财税岗位会计工作室教学模式,将企业化管理、职业化标准、清单化训练、任务化课程、数据化评价、平台化协同、订单化就业的运行机制引入校园,将企业真实账务引入课堂,营造出真实的企业实践环境、职业氛围,以职业能力为主,着重学生能力培养,让学生"未毕业先就业"。
At present,the employment of graduates of secondary vocational accounting majors generally shows the problem of lower professional counterpart rate and lower employment rate.The school analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional training mode of accounting major from the characteristics of students,deepens the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and introduces enterprises into the campus.It establishes a teaching mode simulating a finance and taxation accounting studio,and introduces the operational mechanism of enterprise management,professional standards,inventory training,task-based curriculum,data evaluation,platform-based collaboration,and order-based employment to the campus,and introduces the true accounting of the enterprise to the class,creating a real enterprise practice environment and professional atmosphere,focusing on professional ability,focusing on the cultivation of students' ability,so that students can"be employed first without graduation".
