摘要
在我国传统的聚氯乙烯工业中,采用电石法生产聚氯乙烯的过程中,要使用大量的重金属元素作为催化剂,不仅消耗了大量的资源,更可能对生态环境造成严重的伤害,对聚氯乙烯行业的发展造成负面影响。因此,采取行之有效的方法对聚氯乙烯生产过程中的废水排放进行环保控制是十分重要。通过对电石法生产聚氯乙烯生产工艺中设备及聚合配方中的废水处理进行分析,旨在最大化废水资源的综合利用。
In the traditional PVC industry in China,in the process of producing polyvinyl chloride by calcium carbide method,because a large amount of heavy metal elements are used as catalysts,this not only consumes a lot of resources,but also causes serious damage to the ecological environment.,has a negative impact on the development of the PVC industry.Therefore,it is very important to adopt an effective method to control the wastewater discharge in the PVC production process.This paper analyzes the wastewater treatment in the equipment and polymerization formula of the production process of PVC in the calcium carbide process.Maximize the comprehensive utilization of wastewater resources.
