摘要
综述了丙烯-1-丁烯共聚物的研究进展,并总结了催化剂对共聚物性能的影响。其中,Ti/MgCl_2催化剂活性和效率较高,而茂金属催化剂能够对聚合物结构进行设计。介绍了丙烯-1-丁烯共聚物的聚合方法,主要包括液相本体聚合、气相聚合和悬浮聚合等。其中,液相本体聚合和气相聚合技术相对成熟,在现今的研究和生产中运用居多。对丙烯-1-丁烯共聚物结晶行为以及力学性能进行了分析。最后,针对丙烯-1-丁烯共聚物的未来发展做出展望。
        A comprehensive overview of propylene/1-butene copolymers is presented. The effect of catalysts on polymerization properties of the copolymers is introduced. It is found that the activity and efficiency of the Ti/MgCl_2 catalyst are high,and the metallocene catalyst can be used for designing the polymer structure.The polymerization methods of propylene/1-butene copolymers are introduced,including liquid phase bulk polymerization,gas phase polymerization and suspension polymerization,among which liquid phase bulk polymerization and gas phase polymerization are relatively mature and are used in current research and production. The crystallization behavior and physical properties of the copolymers are summarized. Finally,the future development of the copolymers is explored.
