摘要
为了满足越来越严格的环保要求,油田钻井过程中产生大量的含油废弃物势必需要经过处理满足环境要求方可排放。本文研究了含油钻井废弃物的微波热解析技术,考察了微波条件及对脱除含油废弃物中油分的影响,探讨了微波热解析机理。研究表明,微波功率和处理时间是影响含油钻井废弃物脱油效果的重要因素,对于含油15%数25%的钻井废弃物,微波功率为5 k W时处理几十秒钟即可使得油含量降至1%以下,满足排放标准,且能耗较低。提高微波功率可降低处理时间,减少能耗。同时其中的有机物可以回收使用,该技术真正实现了含油钻井废弃物的资源化和无害化。图5表6参9
        In order to meet environmental requirements,oil-contaminated drilling wastes(OCDW)produced during drilling process must be treated before discharging. Microwave heating treatment of OCDW was investigated and the effect of the treatment conditions on oil removal was analyzed,and the microwave treatment mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the microwave power and treatment time was the mayor influencing factors of the oil removal. It was found that the oil content could be reduced from 15% —25% to below 1% after microwave treatment of 5 kW and within several tens seconds,and the obtained oil could be recycled and reused. This technology realized the resourceful and harmless disposal of OCDW.
