摘要
随钻测量系统(MWD)多在高温、高压、强振动的工况条件下使用,而传统的O型圈密封结构在这种情况下容易发生泄漏。针对3 000 m井底使用的小口径随钻测量系统密封结构的要求,提出一种基于O型圈的锥面密封结构,该密封结构采用端面密封作为初级密封,采用多道O型圈锥面密封密封(加挡圈)作为二级密封,采用粗牙螺纹并缠绕生胶带作为三级密封。设计的密封结构在钻探现场进行多次反复试验,结果显示该密封结构可在孔底连续工作20 h而不发生泄漏,满足实际项目中的使用要求。
        The system of measurement while drilling( MWD is usually used in the condition of high temperature,high pressure and strong vibration,while the traditional sealing structure of O-rings may cause leakage easily in those working condition.According to the sealing demand of the sealing structure of small MWD used at the well bottom of 3 000 m,a new conical sealing structure based on the O-rings was designed.The sealing structure adopts the end face seal as the first seal,the O-rings and the conical sealing as the second seal and the thread sealed as the third seal.The designed sealing structure was tested many times at drilling field.The result indicates that the sealing structure can work safety more than 20 hours and it can meet the requires of real project.
