射波刀治疗肺部肿瘤追踪精度的初步分析

摘要
目的:对射波刀治疗肺部肿瘤时采用追踪方式的治疗精度进行初步研究。方法:选取2种追踪方式(金标追踪方式和肺追踪方式)均适用的患者,制定计划时,对每个患者均采用2种不同的追踪方式。根据2种不同的追踪方式分别对患者进行摆位治疗,通过射波刀系统软件记录追踪误差,对误差值进行比较分析。结果:同一患者,同一病灶,采用2种不同的追踪方式进行追踪,其技术误差小于1.10 mm,治疗精度平均值为0.552 1 mm。结论:2种不同的追踪方式对于同一患者的追踪误差较小,临床上可根据患者的情况合理地选择追踪方式。
Objective To study of the treatment accuracy about two tracking modes by CK radiosurgery for lung tumor.Methods Golden mark and lung tumor tracking mode were applied to the setup therapy of the patients. CK system software was used to record the tracking errors, and the errors were compared and analyzed. Results For the same patient or the same tumor, the difference between the results by gold-mark tracking and those by lung tumor tracking was less than 1.10 mm, and the average value of treatment accuracy was 0.552 1 mm. Conclusion Two tracking modes have little difference when used for the same patient, which can be chosen according to the conditions of the patients.
