2010～2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区胃癌发病与死亡分析

摘要
[目的]分析浙江省肿瘤登记地区2010～2014年胃癌发病与死亡的流行状况。[方法]2010～2014年胃癌发病与死亡数据来源于浙江省14个肿瘤登记地区,并经审核和整理,计算胃癌的发病(死亡)例数、粗发病(死亡)率、构成比和顺位、中国标准人口构成(中标率)、Segi’s世界标准人口构成(世标率)等指标。[结果] 2010～2014年浙江省肿瘤登记地区胃癌发病率为34.71/10万,中标率为19.90/10万,居恶性肿瘤发病第3位,男性高于女性。同期全省肿瘤登记地区胃癌死亡率为24.44/10万,中标率为13.03/10万,居恶性肿瘤死因第3位,男性高于女性。中标发病率和死亡率农村略高于城市,胃癌发病率和死亡率基本随年龄增长而上升,发病率从2010年的37.67/10万下降到2014年的33.88/10万。死亡率则呈平缓下降趋势,2010年为26.36/10万,2014年为22.70/10万。[结论] 2010～2014年浙江省胃癌发病率和死亡率仍处于较高水平,农村登记点均高于城市登记点,但发病和死亡均呈逐年下降趋势。
[Purpose] To estimate the incidence and mortality of stomach cancer in cancer registries of Zhejiang Province during 2010 to 2014. [Methods] The data of incidence and mortality of stomach cancer were collected from 14 cancer registries in Zhejiang Province. The data were checked,sorted and analyzed. The crude,age standardized rates and trends of incidence and mortality of stomach cancer in cancer registries of Zhejiang Province were calculated. [Results] The crude incidence rate of stomach cancer in Zhejiang cancer registration areas was 34.71/10~5 during 2010 to 2014,the age-standardized rate by Chinese population(ASR China) was 19.90/10~5,ranked the third of all new cancer cases. A higher incidence rate was found in the males than that in the females. In the same time period,the crude mortality rate of stomach cancer was 24.44/10~5,the ASR China was 13.03/10~5,ranked the third of all cancer death cases. A higher mortality rate was found in the males than that in the females. The age-standardized incidence and mortality rates by ASR China were slightly higher in rural areas than those in urban areas. The incidence and mortality rates of stomach cancer were basically increased with the increasing age. The incidence of stomach cancer was 37.67/10~5 in 2010,and decreased to 33.88/10~5 in 2014. The mortality showed a gentle downward trend from 26.36/10~5 in 2010,decreased to the peak of 22.70/10~5 in2014. [Conclusion] The incidence and mortality of stomach cancer are still high in Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2014,although there is a downwards trend.
