创新生态系统、溢出效应与区域创新绩效——基于空间杜宾模型的实证研究

摘要
以生态学系统理论和新地理经济学为理论基础、区域创新生态系统为研究视角、空间杜宾模型为研究模型,利用我国除西藏外的30个省域五年统计数据研究区域创新绩效。研究结果显示:我国的创新活动在空间上呈现出明显的集聚效应,一个地区的创新能力会对周边地区产生影响,但网络溢出效应会随着距离的增大而减弱,所以区域创新能力辐射的范围是有限的;从区域创新生态系统的角度来看,创新群落、创新资源和经济环境对区域创新绩效和创新能力提升有显著地促进作用;创新群落在空间上有溢出效应,这种溢出效应对区域创新绩效和创新能力的溢出效应会产生促进作用,而创新资源和创新文化环境对区域创新能力存在空间异质性和竞争效应,从而会使区域创新绩效和创新能力的溢出效应减弱。
        Based on the theory of ecological system and the new geography,this paper takes the regional innovation ecosystem as the research perspective and the Space Durbin Model as the research model,and uses the 5-year statistical data of 30 provinces in China to study the regional innovation performance. The results shows that: China's innovation activities show a clear clustering effect in space. The innovation ability of a region will have an impact on the surrounding areas,but the network spillover effect will weaken with the distance,so the range of regional innovation capability is limitedl; From the perspective of regional innovation ecosystem,innovative communities,innovative resources and economic environment have a significant role in promoting regional innovation performance and innovation ability; The spillover effect of the innovation community in space has a spillover effect on regional innovation performance and innovation ability. However,there is spatial heterogeneity and competitive effect on the innovation capacity of innovative resources and innovative cultural environment,which will weaken the spillover effect of regional innovation performance and innovation ability.
