加速康复外科在三孔小通道腹腔镜疝气手术中的临床应用

摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科在腹腔镜疝气中的临床应用。方法回顾性分析2015年11月～2018年5月来我们院治疗的80例腹腔镜疝气手术患者的临床资料。将其分为加速康复外科组和常规组,比较各项临床指标。结果观察患者术后排气时间,下地活动时间,进食时间,术后住院时间等指标均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科手术加快患者康复,适合基层医院推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Laparoscopic hernia. Methods We analyzed the clinical data of 80 diagnosed as hernia by laparoscopic surgery from November 2015 to May 2018. They were divided into two groups.We analyzed the clinical data.Results We compare with the post operative exhaust time, the postoperative activity, food-taking and discharge of these two group. We found the ERAS group is better than the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS improves patients' situation. It is more suitable to develop in primary hospital.
