前列腺增生症患者经尿道前列腺汽化电切术结合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察在为前列腺增生症患者提供治疗服务的过程中经尿道前列腺汽化电切术结合经尿道前列腺电切术的临床效果。方法:研究的对象为某院在2015年10月～2017年10月期间收治的接受前列腺增生症治疗的患者106例,按照其手术方式的不同分为接受经尿道前列腺汽化电切术结合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的联合组(n=53)和接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的对比组(n=53)。结果:联合组患者术中出血量、住院时间、术后冲洗时间和留置导尿管时间均明显少于对比组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组患者相比联合组患者残余尿量、生活质量评分和前列腺症状评分等指标均存在显著优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在为前列腺增生症患者提供治疗服务的过程中,经尿道前列腺汽化电切术结合经尿道前列腺电切术的运用减少了患者的出血量,缩短了患者治疗和恢复的时间,改善了患者的临床症状与体征,值得予以广泛的临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of transurethral vaporization resection of prostate combined with transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: The subjects of this experimental study were 106 cases of prostate hyperplasia patients admitted and treated in a hospital from October 2015 to October 2017. According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into the combined group receiving combination of transurethral resection of prostate and transurethral resection of the prostate(n=53) and the control group receiving transurethral resection of the prostate were performed. The treatment group(n=53). Results: In the combined group, the amount of bleeding, the time of hospitalization, the time of postoperative irrigation and the time of indwelling catheter were significantly less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, patients in the combined group had significant advantages in residual urine volume, quality of life score and prostate symptom score, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of providing treatment for patients with prostatic hyperplasia, transurethral vaporization resection of prostate combined with transurethral resection of the prostate reduces the amount of bleeding in the patients, shortens the time of treatment and recovery, improves the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients, and is worth of widely used in clinical practice.
