内蒙古巴音胡硕镇蒙汉族高血压患病现状及降压药物应用分析

摘要
目的了解内蒙古乌拉盖管理区巴音胡硕镇18岁以上人群高血压患病现状及降压药物应用情况,为进一步指导基层高血压防治工作提供依据。方法对巴音胡硕镇18岁以上已登记个人健康档案的13065例蒙汉族居民进行高血压调查分析。调查内容包括一般人口学特征及高血压情况等内容。结果巴音胡硕镇18岁以上高血压人群患病率为13.50%,45岁以上高血压人群患病率为28.39%。其中蒙古族高血压人群患病率为11.85%,汉族为14.25%,降压药物选择上CCB比例较高,单一用药血压控制率优于联合用药。结论巴音胡硕镇人群分布具有地方特征性,高血压的防治应结合本地特点进行针对性的社区综合管理与干预。
Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension and the application of antihypertensive drugs in people over 18 years old in Bayinghushuo Town,Wulagai Management District,Inner Mongolia,and to provide evidence for further prevention and treatment of primary hypertension.Methods A total of 13065 Mongolian and Han residents with registered personal health records over 18 years old in Baying Hushuo Town were investigated for hypertension.The survey included general demographic characteristics and high blood pressure.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension patients over 18 years old in Baying Hushuo Town was 13.50%,and the prevalence rate of hypertension patients over 45 years old was 28.39%.Among them,the prevalence rate of Mongolian hypertension was 11.85%,that of Han was 14.25%,and the proportion of CCB on antihypertensive drugs was higher.The blood pressure control rate of single drug was better than that of combination.Conclusion The distribution of population in BayinHushuo Town has local characteristics.The prevention and treatment of hypertension should be combined with local characteristics for targeted community management and intervention.
