CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术在肺癌诊断中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的在肺癌诊断中应用CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术,以此观察应用CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术的应用效果。方法方便选择接受胸部CT检查且显示存在肺内占位患者,患者共计100例,选择时间于2016年3月—2018年8月,对所有患者均予以CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术检查。分析穿刺成功率、穿刺并发症发生率、细胞学检查结果。结果 100例疑似为肺癌患者实施CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术之后,穿刺成功率为98.00%(98/100),穿刺确诊率为92.00%(92/100);发生气胸、咯血患者分别有9例和5例;另外有8例患者未得到确诊则予以远期随访,确诊为肺癌。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术在肺癌诊断中的应用效果显著,其检查操作简单,确诊率极高,尤其对直径在3 cm之下、大血管病灶组织、邻近脏器病灶的诊断中,具有较为显著的临床诊断价值。
        Objective To investigate the effect of CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture acupuncture in the diagnosis of lung cancer by CT-guided percutaneous lung aspiration. Methods Patients who underwent chest CT examination and showed presence in the lungs were enrolled. The total number of patients was 100 cases. The patients were convenient selected from March 2016 to August 2018. All patients underwent CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture and needle aspiration. Analyze the success rate of puncture, the incidence of puncture complications, and the results of cytology. Results After 100 cases of suspected lung cancer patients underwent CT-guided percutaneous lung aspiration, the successful rate of puncture was 98.00%(98/100), and the diagnostic rate of puncture was 92.00%(92/100). Patients with pneumothorax and hemoptysis occurred. There were 9 cases and 5 cases respectively. In addition, 8 patients were followed up for a long time without diagnosis. The diagnosis was lung cancer. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung aspiration has a significant effect in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Its examination is simple and the diagnosis rate is extremely high, especially for the diagnosis of large vascular lesions and adjacent organs. Among them, it has a significant clinical diagnostic value.
