摘要
目的探讨Tim技术在腰椎MRI中确定腰椎节段数及腰椎间盘位置的价值。方法回顾性分析腰椎MRI同时应用Tim技术加行MR脊柱成像2860例MRI资料,采用两种方法分析腰椎节段数及腰椎间盘的定位,一组脊柱MRI+常规腰椎MRI;另一组为常规腰椎MRI(不参照脊柱MRI)。结果脊柱MRI+常规腰椎MRI组显示移行椎240例,其中6个腰椎者为130例,4个腰椎者为110例;同时发现颈、胸椎体病变310例,颈、胸椎脊髓病变68例。常规组未发现腰椎节段数目异常。结论腰椎MRI检查时利用Tim技术行脊柱MRI,可准确定位腰椎间盘病变的位置,为临床手术治疗提供更可靠的依据。
        Objective To investigate the value of the location of lumbosacral vertebral segments by Tim for spinal MRI.Methods Two thousand eight hundred and sixty patients of imaging informations that lumbar vertebare MR imaging and MRI spinal imaging with Tim were retrospec-tively reviewed. All patients were divide into two group,group Ⅰwere the patients with lumbar vertebare MR imaging and MRI spinal imaging,group Ⅱ with lumbar vertebare MR imaging. The lumbar vertebare numbers and the location of intervertebral disk of were analyed. Results 240 lumbosacral transitional vertebra patients were showed by lumbar vertebare MR imaging and MRI spinal imaging with Tim. The six lumbar vertebare segments were showed in 130 cases,The four lumbar vertebare segments were showed in 110 cases. While the basivertebral lesion and the myeleterosis were found in 310 and 68 cases. Conclusion The lumbar vertebare MRI and the spinal MRI for Tim could guarantee the exact judgment to lumbar sequence.
