摘要
为了探讨双峰驼视网膜全层中脑红蛋白(NGB)的分布特征,选择健康成年双峰驼,利用免疫组化SP法染色,观察NGB在双峰驼视网膜各层中的表达情况。结果显示,NGB在除视网膜外核层之外的其他区域均有表达,且存在表达强度的差异,其主要分布在节细胞及双极细胞的细胞质、光感受器细胞及色素上皮细胞中。以上结果表明,NGB几乎分布于视网膜全层,提示在极端生存环境适应性中,NGB对维持视网膜中的氧稳态及参与光损伤修复机制过程中可能具有非常重要的生理意义。NGB在双峰驼光感受器外节段中的阳性表达,丰富了NGB在哺乳动物视网膜中分布的形态学资料,并且对其功能研究提供了有价值的线索。
        For the purpose of studing the distribution of neuroglobin proteins(NGB) in retina of adult Bactrian camel,immunohistochemical SP method was used to observe the distribution of NGB in the retina of healthy adult Bactrian camels.The results showed that strongly NGB proteins were seen in all of retina except outer nuclear layer.The mainly retinal cell's types were retinal ganglion cells,bipolar cells,photoreceptor cells and retinal pigment epithelium cells.In retinal ganglion cells and bipolar cells,NGB was located in the cytoplasm,not expressed in the nucleus.These observations suggested that NGB was almost expressed in all layers of the retina and might play an important role in oxygen homeostasis of retina,mechanism process of light damage repair and adapting extreme environments.Bactrian camel photoreceptor outer segments find that positive expression for NGB in the mammalian retina distribution provided valuable morphological data and valuable clues for its functional research.
