食品生产过程的异物来源与预防控制

摘要
食品质量安全关系到广大消费者的身体健康和生命安全,食品安全问题不容忽视,而食品异物是影响食品质量安全的一个重要因素,也是影响消费者投诉和购买意愿的重要因素之一。本文探讨了食品生产过程的异物来源,并提出了相应的预防控制措施,旨在进一步提升食品异物管理水平。
The safety of food quality is related to the health and life safety of a large number of consumers. The problem of food safety is not to be ignored, and food foreign matter is an important factor that affects the quality and safety of the food. It is also one of the important factors for the consumer's complaints and the will to influence the purchase will.This paper discussed the sources of foreign bodies in food production process, and put forward corresponding preventive and control measures, in order to further improve the level of foreign body management in food.
