对143例发生院内肺栓塞的患者临床特点的研究

摘要
目的:分析143例发生院内肺栓塞(PE)患者的临床特点。方法:选取2008年1月到2017年11月期间承德医学院附属医院呼吸内科收治的143例发生院内PE的患者作为研究对象。对这143例患者的性别、年龄及合并的基础疾病等临床资料进行分析研究,从中找出其发生院内PE的临床特点。结果:在这143例PE患者中,女性患者所占的比率高于男性患者所占的比率,P <0.05。年龄为60～79岁的患者所占的比率高于其他年龄段的患者所占的比率,P <0.05。在这143例发生院内PE的患者中,合并患有高血压的患者所占的比率最高。合并患有深静脉血栓的患者所占的比率次之。结论:在临床治疗期间,老年患者、女性患者、合并患有高血压及深静脉血栓等基础疾病的患者均易发生院内PE。
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of 143 patients with nosocomial pulmonary embolism(PE). Methods: 143 patients with PE in hospital admitted to the department of respiratory medicine of chengde medical college from January 2008 to November 2017 were selected as the research objects. The clinical data of gender, age and combined basic diseases of these 143 patients were analyzed to find out the clinical characteristics of PE in hospital. Results: among the 143 PE patients, the proportion of female patients was higher than that of male patients, P < 0.05. The proportion of patients aged 60-79 years was higher than that of patients of other ages, P < 0.05. Among these 143 patients with hospital PE, the patients with hypertension had the highest rate. Patients with DVT were second. Conclusion: during clinical treatment, PE in elderly patients, female patients and patients with hypertension, deep vein thrombosis and other basic diseases are prone to occur in hospital.
