浅析江苏省内印染项目环境影响评价注意要点

摘要
文中根据现行环保要求,总结了江苏省内同类建设项目环境影响评价中须关注的几个问题,可为同类项目的环境影响评价工作提供参考,也为环保行政主管部门的审批提供依据。应重点关注与印染行业准入条件的相符性,生产废水排放执行的标准和排放去向,废水处理站污泥的性质,比选废气、废水污染防治措施,环境风险评价。
This paper summarizes several important issues in the process of environmental impact assessment of printing and dyeing projects in Jiangsu Province according to current environmental regulations to provide a reference for the EIA of similar projects and also for the approval of environmental administration.We Should focus on conformity with access conditions of printing and dyeing industry,discharge standards and emission destination of production wastewater,sludge's nature of wastewater treatment station,comparison of exhaust gas and waste water pollution control measures,environmental risks.
