摘要
为提供CO_2驱油环境中地面管线钢的选材依据,通过动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱研究了20钢、16Mn钢在模拟CO_2驱溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为,并对数据进行了拟合分析。结果表明:在饱和CO_2条件下,20钢在低温阶段易形成具有保护性的产物膜,而随着温度逐渐升高,产物膜变的疏松,腐蚀加剧; 16Mn钢在中低温阶段,随着温度的升高,腐蚀加剧,饱和的CO_2极大地促进了腐蚀的发生。
In order to provide material selection basis for ground pipeline steel in CO_2 flooding environment,the electrochemical corrosion behavior of 20 steel and 16 Mn steel in simulated CO_2 flooding solution was studied by potential dynamic polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopy and the data were fitted and analyzed. The results show that,20 steel is easy to form protective film at low temperature under the condition of saturated CO_2,and with temperature increasing,product film becomes loose and corrosion increases. With temperature rise,corrosion of 16 Mn steel intensified in the low temperature stage. Saturated CO_2 greatly promoted occurrence of corrosion.
