摘要

目的:探讨在小儿腹膜后肿瘤的围术期中实施临床护理路径的效果。方法:选取90例腹膜后肿瘤患儿为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组患儿并发症发生率为11.11%,对照组患儿的并发症率为31.11%;观察组患儿家长的护理满意度为95.56%,对照组患儿家长的护理满意度为64.44%;两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿腹膜后肿瘤患儿护理中实施临床护理路径有利于降低患儿并发症发生率,提高护理效果并且改善护患关系。
        Objective: To explore effects of clinical nursing pathway on children with retroperitoneal tumor during the perioperative period.Methods: 90 children with retroperitoneal tumors were selected as the study samples. They were divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group used the clinical nursing pathway. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The complication rate of the observation group was 11.11%,while that of the control group was 31.11%. The nursing satisfaction of the parents in the observation group was 95.56%, and that of the control group was 64.44%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The implementation of clinical nursing pathways in the children with retroperitoneal tumors is beneficial to reduce the complication rate, improve the nursing effects and improve the nursepatient relationship.
