摘要
在工业生产的过程中,配料的便捷度和精准度占着重要地位,针对以上情况,设计了基于PLC和组态软件的自动配料控制系统。本文重点讲述通过可编程控制器PLC可以实现整个系统的自动控制,主要完成物料的自动上料、下料、运输、混合搅拌等功能,采用组态软件对系统进行仿真模拟。此配料系统可以实现对整个配料过程进行实时的监控,使得整个配料过程更加便捷、精确。
In the process of industrial production, the convenience and accuracy of ingredients play an important role. According to the above situation, an automatic batching control system based on PLC and configuration software is designed. This article focuses on PLC through the programmable logic controller can achieve the entire system of automatic control, the main completion of the material feeding, unloading, transportation,mixing and other functions, the use of configuration software to simulate the system. This ingredient system can realize real-time monitoring of the entire batching process, which makes the whole batching process more convenient and accurate.
