摘要

目前部分胶管厂的粉状原材料在进行配方计量配料时,基本采用人工配料,在国家行业转型升级大背景下,迫切需要一种能够代替人工生产、高度自动化的配料系统,我们结合行业技术现状和客户需求研发出一套胶管厂炭黑粉料自动配料系统,经过实践考验,具有良好的使用效果和推广意义。
        At present, the powdery raw materials of some hose plants are basically artificial ingredients when formulating ingredients.In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the national industry, there is an urgent need for a batching system that can replace manual production and is highly automated. We have developed a set of automatic batching system for carbon black powder in hose plant based on the current technical status and customer needs. After practical tests, it has good use effect and promotion significance.
