优质护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者情绪状况及治疗依从性的影响

摘要
目的探讨优质护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者情绪状况及治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2016年2月至2018年3月住院治疗的老年CHF患者140例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。两组患者均给予相应的药物治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合采用优质护理。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑和抑郁状况,对比两组患者出院3个月后的治疗依从性,比较两组的护理满意率。结果干预前,两组的SAS和SDS评分无显著差异,干预后两组评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗依从率为95.71%,显著高于对照组的82.86%,且观察组的完全依从人数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意率为98.57%,显著高于对照组的88.57%(P<0.05)。结论对老年慢性心力衰竭患者采取优质护理能显著改善患者的不良心理情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性且具有较高的护理满意率,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective to explore the effects of quality care on the emotional status and treatment compliance of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 140 elderly CHF patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method, 70 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were given corresponding drug treatment, the control group was given conventional care, and the observation group was given quality care on this basis. The anxiety and depression before and after the intervention of the two groups were compared, the treatment compliance of the two groups 3 months after discharge were compared and the satisfaction rate of nursing in the two groups were compared. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups, after intervention, the scores of both groups were reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 95.71%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.86%), and the number of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.57%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.57%, P<0.05). Conclusion The adoption of quality nursing care for elderly patients with chronic heart failure can significantly improve the patients' bad psychological emotion, improve the patients' treatment compliance and have a higher nursing satisfaction rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
