摘要
分析了SWRCH22A自攻螺钉生产过程中出现的氧化铁皮残留、拉拔断裂、硬度不均匀、搓丝尖裂、扭矩不合格问题的产生原因,同时制定了优化措施。通过连铸时采取结晶器末端电磁搅拌、提高盘条轧制时的吐丝温度、降低盘条集卷温度、改善拉拔条件、制定合理的球化退火工艺,解决了上述问题。
        The causes of the problems of iron oxide residue, drawing fracture, uneven hardness, twisting tip crack and unqualified torque in the production of SWRCH22A self-tapping screws were analyzed,and the optimization measures were worked out. By means of adding electromagnetic stirring at the end of the mould during continuous casting, raising the temperature of wire coiling, reducing the temperature of coil collection, improving the drawing condition, and working out the reasonable spheroidizing annealing process, the above problems were solved.
