摘要

专业与产业链对接是复杂系统问题,需要发挥自组织作用力促进创新改革。通过分析专业与产业链对接的自组织条件、机制和体制,以期从产业链选择、专业运行、保障体系等方面提出对接策略,寻求高职教育创新发展之路。
        Major and industrial chain docking is a complex system. It is needed to play a self organizing force to promote innovation. This paper analyzes the self-organization conditions,mechanism and system of the connection between the major and industrial chain and puts forward the strategies for the selection of the industry chain,the establishment and operation of the major teachers' team,and the guarantee of the professional operation to find the road of the development and creation of Higher Vocational Education.
