河南省促进科技成果转化对策研究

摘要
促进科技成果转移转化是实施创新驱动发展战略的重要任务之一,是加强科技与经济紧密结合、发挥科技创新在经济转方式、调结构中的重要作用的关键环节。本文梳理出河南省促进科技成果转化的主要做法与成效,揭示了河南省促进科技成果转化面临的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。
Promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is one of the important tasks of implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development. It is also the key link to strengthen the close integration of science and technology with economy and to give full play to the important role of scientific and technological innovation in economic transformation and structural adjustment. This paper combed out the main methods and results of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Henan Province,revealed the main problems faced by Henan Province in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
