摘要
本文着重介绍了高压变频器调速的特点,经变频改造后高压风机在工频状态下的实际运行情况的详细节能分析与计算。通过液力耦合器调速节能与变频器调速节能的对比分析,使我们对高压风机经变频调速改造后的节能效果及节能计算有更一步的认识。因此得出结论,高压风机变频调速改造的必要性及经济性。
This paper mainly introduces the speed governing characteristics of high voltage converters,and analysis and calculate the energy-saving effect in actual operation of high pressure fans after frequency conversion under the power frequency state. We have a futher understanding of the energy-saving effect and calculation through the contrast analysis of energy conservation between the fluid couplings and the high voltage converters. Therefore,it is necessary and economical to reform the frequency control of high pressure fans.
