摘要
目的建立扭肚藤中5种活性成分质量分数同时测定的方法,更全面地评价扭肚藤药材的质量。方法采用UHPLC-MS/MS法,ESI离子源,Phenomenex gemini C_(18)(2.0 mm×50 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.1%(体积分数)甲酸(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱。结果建立了同时测定扭肚藤中咖啡酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、咖啡酸甲酯和水杨酸5种活性成分质量分数的方法,上述成分分别在0.001~0.2、0.2~16、0.1~8、0.001~0.1、0.01~1μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.28%、95.36%、96.65%、98.27%、102.00%; RSD值分别为4.30%、1.89%、1.63%、3.40%、0.99%。结论本方法全面、准确、高效,能够更科学、系统地评价扭肚藤药材的质量。
        Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of five components in Jasminum elongatum for the purpose of more precise evaluation of its quality. Methods UHPLC-MS/MS was used to determine five components in Jasminum elongatu. with a Phenomenex gemini C_(18)( 2.0 mm×50 mm,5 μm) by ESI source,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0. 1% formic acid with the gradient elution. Results A method was established for simultaneous determination of caffeic acid,methylcaffeate isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid B and salicylic acid. They had a good linearity relationship between 0.001-0.2、0.2-16、0.1-8、0.001-0.1、0.01-1 μg/m L,and the average recoveries were 99.28%( RSD = 4.30%) 、95.36%( RSD =1.89%) 、96.65%( RSD = 1. 63%) 、98. 27%( RSD = 3. 40%) and 102. 00%( RSD = 0. 99%),respectively.Conclusion The established method was comprehensive,accurate and effective,which can be used for more scientific and systematic evaluation of Jasminum elongatum's quality.
