眼针三联疗法治疗周围性面神经炎临床研究

摘要
目的评价眼针三联疗法治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2017年12月门诊住院患者60例作为研究对象。按病例尾号数,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例患者。对照组予以电针并服用柴胡牵正颗粒;治疗组在对照组基础上,予以眼针治疗,治疗1个疗程后,比较两组患者的中医症侯积分、面神经分级评分,评价疗效。结果治疗组与对照组愈显率比较(96.67%、80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后症状积分、H-B评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论眼针三联疗法治疗周围性面神经炎疗效可靠。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture triple therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis. Methods60 outpatients and inpatients from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the number of cases, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group was given electroacupuncture and chaihu qizheng granule. The treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture on the basis of the control group. After one course of treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms and facial nerve grading were compared between the two groups, and the curative effect was evaluated. Results There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(96.67%, 80.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, the symptom score and H-B score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001). Conclusion Eye Acupuncture triple therapy is effective in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis.
