摘要
介绍了HPF氨法脱硫装置运行情况,配合煤含硫量高、脱硫系统温度高是造成HPF氨法脱硫超标的主要原因。在不改变配煤比的情况下,通过增设脱硫液冷却器以降低脱硫液温度,使HPF氨法脱硫出口的硫化氢含量降至100 mg/m~3左右,取得了良好效果。
This paper introduces the HPF ammonia desulfurization unit for COG.The reasons which caused the excess of the H_2S in the HPF ammonia desulfurization unit are the high sulfur content of the mixed coal and the high temperature of the desulfurization unit.The H_2S content in the COG after the HPF ammonia desulfurization unit can be decreased to about 100 mg/Nm~3 by adding a cooler for the desulfurization liquid without changing the coal blending ratio, which obtains good results.
