血清心肌酶、hs-CRP检测在手足口病患儿中的临床价值

摘要
目的探讨心肌酶、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在手足口病患儿中的临床价值分析。方法选取收治的83例手足口病患儿为研究对象,作为观察组,根据病情严重程度将观察组分为高危患儿组与一般患儿组。以同期的83例健康儿童作为对照组,比较观察组与对照组儿童心肌酶与超敏C-反应蛋白水平,并对比高危患儿组与一般患儿组治疗前后心肌酶、超敏C-反应蛋白水平的变化情况。同时比较高危患儿组与一般患儿组的心肌损害率。结果观察组患儿心肌酶与hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,高危患儿组肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)与hs-CRP水平明显高于一般患儿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标差异无统计学意义。此外,高危患儿组心肌损害率为54.87%,一般患儿组心肌损害率为5.77%,两组相比,高危患儿组心肌损害率明显高于一般患儿组(P<0.05)。结论联合检测心肌酶与hs-CRP水平不仅是手足口病患儿炎性反应轻重程度的重要依据与心肌损害的参考指标,同时也可作为判断病情严重程度及预后的重要指标,具有重要临床价值。
        Objective To assess the value of detection of myocardial enzyme and hs-CRP in clinical analysis of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods The 83 children with hand-foot-mouth disease surgically treated in our hospital were divided into high-risk group and general group according to the severity of illness and another 83 healthy children were enrolled as the control group. Myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP were detected and compared between the observation group and control group.The levels of myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP was compared between the high-risk group and general group before and after treatment. The rates of myocardial lesions between the high-risk group and general group were also compared.Results The levels of myocardial enzyme and hs- CRP of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05). The levels of CK- MB and hs-CRP in the high-risk group were significantly higher than the general group,showing statistically significant difference(P < 0.05), In addition, the myocardial damage rate in cases of high-risk group was54.87%, and that of general group was 5.77%. Compared with the two groups, the myocardial damage rate of high-risk group was obviously higher than that of general group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP in children with hand, foot and mouth disease possesses clinical value in monitoring the degree of inflammation.It also could be used as the reference index of myocardial lesions.
