摘要
我国是洋葱生产大国。同时,洋葱也是我国的出口创汇的优势农产品,且产量呈现逐年递增的趋势。文章对洋葱生产与加工环节中种植、分选、收获和深加工方面的机械化水平进行了分析。提出了在产业发展形势下,充分发掘和利用洋葱所含的生物功效成分,进行机械化种植,深加工研究,提高洋葱产品的附加值,形成中国特色的洋葱产业发展体系,延长产业链,将是洋葱产业未来发展的方向。
        China is a major producer of onion. Meanwhile,onion is also the dominant agricultural product for earning foreign exchange through export in China,and its output shows an increasing trend year by year. However,the mechanization of onion planting,harvesting,screening and deep processing technology in China is still at a low level,far from the level of developed countries. This paper reviews the mechanization of onion production and processing. Under the situation of industrial development,we should fully explore and utilize the biological efficacy components of onion,carry out mechanized planting,deep processing research,which improving the added value of onion products. It will be the future development direction of onion industry,which forming the onion industry development system with Chinese characteristics and extending the industry chain.
